My Mom had to go into assisted living, leaving her home of 40 years. She loved her home, but it had not seen any improvements from the time they bought it.

Covid has just destroyed us. Money has always been tight and the payments of our mortgage were getting tighter and tighter. Covid took my wife’s job and left me working nights with a bad back. The bank had sent the second letter of foreclosure and we were at a loss.
John and Donna were able to arrange the purchase of our home and they stopped the foreclosure in its tracks. Their lawyer dealt with the bank and the banks lawyer. We had time to find a rental we could afford, no lawyer costs for the sale and all we had to do was take the possessions we wanted and leave everything else behind.

My last renter was great for the first 3 years but in the last 2 he trashed my property. I started renovations, got 20% done and had several other projects come to fruition. I just did not have the time, money and energy to complete the job and look for another renter.
