My last renter was great for the first 3 years but in the last 2 he trashed my property. I started renovations, got 20% done and had several other projects come to fruition. I just did not have the time, money and energy to complete the job and look for another renter.
John and Donna were able to find me a buyer in 3 weeks in the midst of Covid. I haven’t looked back.
